“I have driven past Tuffy on Randall Road about a thousand times. Once or twice I stopped in to request assistance with minor repairs. Earlier this week I had my windshield and réar window wiper blades replaced. Then, yesteday the dreaded "check engine"light came on. Tuffy quickly determined that I needed a tune-up and a new catalytic converter. Not gréât news for me. But, I have to say they did a great job repairing my car. They dropped me off at home and picked me up when the work was done. I did not drive far today, but I already feel like the car is running MUCH BETTER. This was an expensive repair. But, I like my car. And I'm pretty confident that I will be able to keep driving it now. In addition, I would like to mention how NICE THEY ARE! Friendly and very importantly, HONEST. I think that women are anxious about taking their cars anywhere for repair work. Don't be. You will find that the men who work at Tuffy are kind, respectful, and know what they're doing. “Like many others in the area, I have been taking my cars to Tuffy for years. Troy and his team just cannot be beat. I was told by a dealership I had an oil leak that would cost $2000 to repair. I took it to Tuffy and Troy examined the area of the leak, then took me out to show me. There was almost no oil and he advised me not to worry and certainly not to have the work done but to watch the area for any sign of a worse leak.”
